FACILITATED TEAM BUILDING
Not Just Activities but structured leadership development
Here at Farm Adventure, we are also able to offer some innovative ideas for team building and leadership development. Using the extensive facilities that we have here on the farm, combined with our own skills and experience, we offer a range of activities that support your own internal development programmes.
Taking our existing packages, we can adapt and combine our different activities from sheep gathering to tractor driving, to equine assisted learning, and much more, and integrate these with your own needs.
LEADERSHIP & TEAM BUILDING – FACILITATED LEARNING
(FOR GRADUATE RECRUITMENT, TEAM SELECTIONS, PROMOTIONS ETC.)
(NEW TEAMS, PROJECT TEAMS, CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS, SENIOR TEAMS)
CREATING HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS
Assessment centres can include psychometrics, aptitude, scenarios, in addition to the tailored exercises we are able to offer here on site. This gives an opportunity for observing and evaluating in real time.
Team building is centred on real objectives for learning and development and the activities offer an innovative approach to problem solving, decision making, communication, stakeholder awareness, planning, emotional intelligence and working in a high performance team.
We also offer a longer term leadership programme which is linked to CMI and forms part of their level 3, 5 or 7 awards in leadership and management.
FACILITATED LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
Pauline Garnett works alongside us as our Leadership and Team Development facilitator. She is an experienced Leadership& Organisational Development specialist with over 25 years at Board level in a range of industries including IT, Petrochemical, Manufacturing and Logistics.
Pauline’s work has been recognised with two National Training Awards for her leadership and team development programmes
Emma Chapman is a well respected trainer local to the area, with many years of experience working with, and training horses to be backed, and horses with “issues”. This has developed into what is known as Natural Horsemanship work and awards, allowing her to move this training from horses to humans.
She works with horses to understand and interpret body language through these natural horsemanship techniques, without the need for words or touch. A key ingredient for individuals to understand how they can be perceived in the workplace, and often an eye opening experience with much learnt.
Both Pauline & Emma work in combination with Farm Adventure to develop your ideal fit package for your needs.
