Fun day with farm adventure
April 15th 2024
We were a hen party of 8 ladies looking for the “not so traditional “ hen do. A Google search brought up farm adventure and it suited us perfectly! The communication with the team prior was excellent and when we arrived we had fun from start to finish! Ben was our guide for the afternoon and he was great. We never stayed onsite or had the bbq but from the smell of it this was a BIG mistake and would definitely book onto that next time! It was lovely to see that this was an actual working farm and the animals are very well looked after. We met Laura who was lambing in the sheep shed and saw the newborns with their mams. We are now trying to think of an excuse to get a team together to come back!

Fantastic experience!
April 15th 2024
Such a fab afternoon. We tried sheep herding, tractor racing, welly wanging and so much more. The team were great, we had Leo hosting us and he made sure we all gave everything a go. It’s a relaxed place where you are trusted to try things most of us have wanted to do since we were kids. I would thoroughly recommend – it’s fun, a little competitive and full of laughs. 100% will be coming back with other friends who I know will love it

We came this weekend as part of a hen do and we have had the most fantastic time. We’ve raced tractors, herded sheep, done a relay race and egg throwing competitions plus a whole host more. The team were ace and Leo was a great host (Anne too who also helped with the tractor racing). I would recommend this as a group activity with friend, colleagues, or family (you need to be old enough though) – there’s something that everyone can take part in and a great atmosphere. Fab location, great team and a brilliant afternoon – thanks!

Fab experience and TRACTOR RACING!!!
April 14th 2024
We had a brilliant experience at the Farm Adventure in Shropshire. I was part of a hen party and this was loved by everyone, it was the right level of running around like headless chickens whilst keeping animal wellfare as the main priority. Really enjoyed the farmer warrior selected events and the tractor racing was definitely a favourite. Had Will as our Farmer Guide and he did a brilliant job keeping everyone engaged and informed.

Me & my partner loved our couples farm experience stay. It’s clear the team are passionate and full of knowledge. Sharon was excellent at providing a fun and educative hands on experience for us in lambing season, and Ben was great at teaching us how to drive the John Deere tractor! The cow byre is cosy with a sheltered hot tub to relax at the end of the day. The food from the farm and freshly baked bread on arrival is a lovely touch that we thoroughly enjoyed eating during our stay. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you to the whole team for providing this unique experience. It was an honour to be involved with your daily work.

Amazing time
April 6th 2024
I booked the farm stay experience for me and my partner for his 30th birthday, we had originally planned to go April 2023 but due to falling pregnant I had to rearrange this. When I contacted the office to change our dates the staff were lovely, very understanding and helpful. They changed our stay with no issues and we're happy to sort this for us, which was a relief as I was quite stressed about it at the time! The farm experience includes a 2 night stay on the farm, a 2 hour farm experience and a 2 hour tractor experience. We arrived at the farm and we were greeted by Laura, who was very approachable and helpful as she showed us to our accommodation (the Cow Byre). Accommodation: The Cow Byre is very well equipped with all necessities in place. The owners left us fresh sausages, bacon, cheese, milk, ham, eggs and even a freshly baked loaf of bread (which was amazing, thankyou!) Very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. With being on a farm you would expect some level of noise, however can honestly say we didn't hear a thing from the animals and weren't disturbed in any way. Farm experience: Sharon took us out for our farm experience. Sharon was a lovely lady, who had a wealth of knowledge and experience and a passion for farming. We had an amazing time learning about lambing, life on the farm, helping feed the animals and herding them into different pens. Tractor experience: We each had a turn driving a tractor, reversing, hooking it up to a trailer, moving the trailer and learning about the workings of a tractor. It was very fun and we competed against each other of who had the better reversing etc. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely come back in the future. Thankyou farm adventure 😊

Once in a lifetime tractor driving hosted by a very friendly and engaging team
April 4th 2024
This was a birthday treat for my wife who has had a lifelong fascination with tractors – an hours experience including driving a tractor and it was brilliant. From the moment we arrived the welcome was very friendly, the instructions were clear and fun and the actual experience was 1st class. Lisa drove the tractor off into the distance (Ben was with her all the time) and then, on returning, she hitched up a trailer, reversed it around a corner and parked back up in the yard. For those not driving, there is a wonderful shelter where you can stand and watch as the driver gets started. You can also take time out to watch the sheep, cows and if like us you're lucky enough, to see a barn owl. There are lots of other experiences on offer which, if they are as good as the tractor driving, will be brilliant ways to spend some time in glorious countryside having lots of fun – a definite recommendation.
